Business Developer (Remote)

We are looking for Business Developer to collaborate and join this new journey with us.

Requirements

In this role, you will,

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings;
  • Brainstorm new and creative business growth strategies;
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones;
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales;
  • Attending conferences and meetings events;
  • Evaluate emerging technologies;
  • Developing proposals for clients;
  • Developing intentions for the development team and business growth and assessing if they are met;
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
  • Helping team members develop their skills


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have,

  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field;
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field;
  • Strong communication skills and IT proficiency;
  • In-depth experience in CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Active Campaign
  • Knows how to run automations and integrations between CRM and third-party apps
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;
  • High level of English and software tools like work management, office suite, etc.

The selection process

If you successfully pass through our screening process, we’ll invite you to take part in some interviews. If you successfully pass the interview process, you will be sent a challenge, which you have one week to respond to. The feedback will be sent to you, and if you are successful in this stage, a technical interview will be scheduled. We welcome applications in English.
